Kevin Lau

Kevin Lau is an experienced aviation professional with a strong background in fleet management and engineering, currently serving as the A220 Fleet Manager and Continuing Airworthiness Manager at Qantas since April 2011. Kevin has led a team to support over 7,000 Ground Support Equipment and Flight Training assets, emphasizing service delivery and maintenance cost reduction through innovative programs like Utilisation-Based Maintenance. Previous roles include managing the entry-into-service processes for the Boeing 787-9, executing reliability programs for the Airbus A380, and providing IT support and infrastructure management at Woolworths Limited. Kevin holds a Master of Business Administration from Deakin University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Sydney, along with an MBA European Summer Program from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management.
