Rob Marcolina

Rob Marcolina is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in finance, strategy, and leadership. Currently serving as Group Chief Financial Officer and Group Executive for Strategy, People and Technology at Qantas since October 2012, Rob plays a key role on the Executive Committee overseeing the company's strategic initiatives and technological advancements. Previously, Rob held leadership positions including Chairman of the Board for Basketball Australia and Helloworld Limited, and was a Partner at Bain & Company for over a decade. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne, along with membership in the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
