Steve Roberts has extensive experience in the aviation and hospitality industries, currently serving as a Disruption & Support Co-ordinator for International Aircrew at Qantas since May 2002. Prior to this role, Steve worked as a Customer Service Agent at Qantas and held a position as a Surveillance Officer at Crown Resorts from November 2020 to May 2021. Steve also gained valuable experience as a Customer Service Agent at Ansett from 1992 until March 2002. Steve's education includes studies at OTEN.
