Stewart Mitchell

Stewart Mitchell is an experienced airline pilot with a robust career spanning over 27 years in the aviation industry. Currently serving as an A330 Captain and B737 Captain at Qantas since September 2014, Stewart also held the position of A320 Captain at Jetstar Airways from September 2011 to August 2014. Earlier in the career, Stewart worked as an A330 First Officer, B737 First Officer, and B744 Second Officer at Qantas from February 1996 to August 2011. Education includes an Associate Diploma of Applied Science in Aviation from the South Australian Institute of Technology and a Commercial Pilot Licence from the Australian Aviation College, both completed in 1988, along with foundational education from Ballarat & Clarendon College.
