Claudia Alvarado

Claudia Alvarado has over 16 years of progressive experience in customer service in the medical field. Claudia has worked for several medical companies, including Solta Medical, Transplant Genomics, and Q'Apel Medical. In their most recent position at Transplant Genomics, they were the Director of Client Services and oversaw cross-functional programs and special projects. While at Solta Medical, they acted as the Customer Service Supervisor and was responsible for managing stakeholder relationships, overseeing sales order and complaint case creation, and bringing cross-functional teams together to effectively solve concerns. Claudia has experience working with multiple CRM and ERP systems and is a fluent Spanish speaker.

Claudia Alvarado attended Gonzaga University from 2001 to 2005, studying Sociology but without earning a degree. In 2011, they obtained a Certificate of Training for Complying with U.S Export Controls from the United States Department of Commerce Beureau of Industry and Security.
