Mehboob Kadri

Mehboob Kadri has over 30 years of experience in the medical device industry. Mehboob began their career in 1992 as a Staff Engineer at Onda Corporation (formerly Intec Research). In 1998, they moved to Acuson Corp as a Product Engineer. In 2001, they became a Project Manager at Atrionix (Johnson and Johnson). Mehboob then moved to Siemens Medical Solutions in 2002, where they served as a Project Manager. In 2007, they joined Medtronic as an Engineering Director and Director of the Program Management Office. In this role, they were responsible for business leadership and acumen, core team leadership for growth and sustaining programs, team building, motivation and collaboration, engineering ownership of released products, scope, budget and timeline management for a portfolio of programs, leading due diligence teams for business and technology acquisitions, acquisition integrations, knowledge of FDA Class I, II and III product development, change implementation, portfolio roadmap design for business unit, and risk management. Mehboob also provided leadership for a group of engineers and program managers to support the business needs for Interventional Pain therapies. In 2022, they joined Q'Apel Medical, Inc. as a Sr. Program Director.

Mehboob Kadri earned a Master of Science (MS) in Applied Mechanics from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln between 1990 and 1992.
