Ramneet Sandhu has been working in the Human Resources field since 2007. Ramneet began their career at Estenson Logistics as a Human Resources Manager, where they were responsible for developing strategies to expand and improve the effectiveness of employee engagement teams, as well as driving continuous improvement and excellence in HR service delivery, efficiency, and reputation across the US. In 2011, they moved to The Save Mart Companies as an Employee Relations Leader, where they worked closely with leaders and associates to consistently find ways to enhance the working experience, improve morale, and increase engagement. In 2013, they became a Senior Human Resources Manager at IAP Worldwide Services. In 2015, they joined Robert Half as a Sr. Human Resources Business Partner, where they provided strategic HR support to the CTO and their staff, including the design, delivery, and implementation of HR practices and objectives. In 2017, they moved to Cepheid as a Global Human Resources Director. Most recently, in 2021, they became a Senior Director Human Resources at Q'Apel Medical, Inc.

Ramneet Sandhu obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from California State University - East Bay between 2002 and 2005. In 2021, they obtained a Change Management Practitioner certification from Prosci. They are also currently enrolled in The Wharton School's Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) Program, and have obtained certifications from the school in Executive Compensation: Strategies and Frameworks, Talent Strategy: Hiring, Engaging, and Rewarding A+ Talent, and SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). Additionally, they have a Strategic HR Business Partner certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
