Scott Hosaka

Scott Hosaka has over 25 years of experience in the medical device industry. Scott started their career in 1995 as Vice President Operations at Intella Interventional Systems, Inc. Scott then moved to Corazon Technologies, Inc. in 2000 as Vice President Operations and to Pavad Medical, Inc. in 2006 as Vice President Operations and Quality Assurance. In 2009, Scott joined Calera Corporation as Department Head of Business Systems and Quality. In 2011, they were appointed Senior Director of Quality and Operations at PQ Bypass, Inc. while the company was incubated at the Fogarty Institute for Innovation. In 2012, they moved to Teleflex Medical, Inc. as Director of Quality and Operations and to Heart Repair Technologies, Inc. in 2019 as Head of Operations and Quality. Scott is currently Vice President Quality at Q'Apel Medical, a position they have held since 2021. Scott is also a Principal at Venture Operations Consulting since 2002.

Scott Hosaka holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from Northwestern University.
