Ilaria Giancani has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. In 2011, they were an intern in the accounting department at Lungarno Collection. From 2012 to 2014, they were an intern in web marketing and SEO at MG Web Solutions sas, a marketing intern at Venice Media Corporation, and an intern WW shipment planning at Gucci. In 2015, they were a customer service assistant at Ermanno Scervino. From 2016 to 2018, they were a customer service representative at Hertz, and a team leader and station manager at Gp rent services sas (affiliate to Autovia car rental). Ilaria is currently enrolled at the Università degli Studi Niccolò Cusano, where they are pursuing a Corso di Master Universitario di 2° livello in Economia e management delle risorse naturali e dell'ambiente. Additionally, Ilaria has obtained a number of certifications, including Self Empowerment from Cegos Italia, 20 ore di lezione individuale perfezionamento lingua francese livello C1 from Institut Français, Leadership & Time Management from Way Out Consulting, and English Conversation Practice from Cambly Inc.
