Prior to that, they were a Founder and Co-owner of Entrée Paris, a service and real estate company specializing in assisting international students and expats in Paris. Their responsibilities included providing property mediation, networking, career guidance, banking and insurance services, and organizing events.

Isabelle also worked at Centerpartiet, where they held multiple roles. Isabelle initially worked as a Press Secretary for Annie Lööf, the party leader, from April 2019 to December 2022. Their duties included strategic and operational press work, media coaching, creating content, handling social media, crisis management, and brand development. Isabelle then transitioned to the role of Organizational Developer in Communication, where they coached and trained party members in communication strategies and brand building. Isabelle also managed projects such as the party's participation in Pride 2018 and a high-profile media appearance at Stockholm Central during the 2018 election campaign.

In 2008, Isabelle pursued a Bachelor's degree in Global Communications at The American University of Paris, specializing in Journalism. Additionally, in 2008, they briefly attended Berghs School of Communication to study Journalistik (Journalism).
