Jacob Ohana

Jacob Ohana is currently an Associate in Private Equity at Elliott Investment Management L.P., a position held since 2024. Previously, Jacob served as an Investment Banking Analyst at Qatalyst Partners from 2022 to 2024, where notable transaction experience included advising on the $35 billion sale of Ansys to Synopsys, R1 RCM's $8.9 billion sale to Towerbrook and CD&R, and a significant transaction involving New Relic. Before that, Jacob worked as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Qatalyst Partners in 2021, focusing on technology mergers and acquisitions. Jacob began their career as an Equity Research Intern at Morgan Stanley from 2020 to 2021. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Chicago, graduating in 2022, and previously attended The Harker School from 2014 to 2018.
