Prior to this, Hanilynn worked as an Account Executive at Manila Ocean Park, focusing on account acquisition and management, telemarketing, and client relationship building. Additionally, experience as a Customer Service Agent at Philippine Airport Ground Services involved editing flight details and managing special handling passengers.
