Heba Qadri al Masri

Heba Qadri Al Masri is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, innovation, and entrepreneurship across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Operations & Delivery at Qatar Airways since February 2023, Heba previously led innovation programs at the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology and held the position of Innovation Consultant at Qatar Foundation, focusing on high-tech product development. As Managing Director at Qatar SportsTech, success was achieved in establishing an award-winning innovation program, while prior experience includes co-founding Kora Stars Sports Agency, supervising the Incubator & Entrepreneurship Center at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology, and leading the Virtual Incubator at The University of New Mexico. Heba holds an MBA and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from UNM Anderson School of Management.
