Norman Pipitone, LSSMBB, BA, currently serves as Vice President of Continuous Improvement and Transformation at Qatar Airways, where responsibilities include leading strategy and implementation of Continuous Improvement, Lean, Innovation Programs, and Business Intelligence to drive sustainable profit and growth. Previously, Norman held various senior executive roles in transformation, performance excellence, and enterprise project management at Qatar Airways, overseeing significant transformation strategies and consulting services. A seasoned professional with extensive experience in enterprise transformation at Cathay Pacific Airways and project management roles at Atos, Siemens, and Accenture, Norman is also an Honourary Advisor at the Hong Kong Federation of Business Students since 2017. Academic credentials include a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from the British Standards Institute and a Master's Degree in Business Administration.
