Ahmed Thanveer

Ahmed Thanveer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in contracts and project management within the engineering and construction sectors. Currently serving as a Category Specialist at Qatar Chemical Company since December 2021, Ahmed has previously held roles including Contracts Specialist at QPMC and various engineering and management positions at Qatar Engineering & Construction Company. Notable achievements include serving as Project Coordinator for major projects and managing technical interfaces in significant facilities such as Oryx GTL and RAS LAFFAN OLEFINS COMPANY. Ahmed holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University and is currently pursuing CIPS Level 4 certification at The Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply.
