Walaa Alsahin currently serves as the Head of Call Centre Operations at Qatar Insurance Group since April 2023. Walaa's experience also includes serving as Customer Service Supervisor at Noor Takaful from January 2014 to June 2020 and as a Senior Telesales Specialist at Dubai AlQuz Contact Centre & Customer Service from June 2011 to December 2013. Earlier in the career, Walaa worked as a Quality Assurance Officer and Phone Banking Representative at RAKBANK from June 2007 to January 2011. Walaa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Risk Management & Insurance from SACTSS in Sweden.
