Dr. Hamad Alkuwari

Dr. Hamad Alkuwari has extensive experience in administrative and managerial roles, currently serving as Correspondence Manager at Qatar Investment Authority since January 2009, previously holding positions such as Senior Government Relation and Follow-Up Specialist and Senior Administrative Officer. Prior to this, Dr. Alkuwari was the Head of Secretariat and Audit at the Qatar Olympic Committee from October 2003 to December 2008 and worked as an Administrative Researcher at the Ministry of Justice - Qatar from December 1995 to September 2003. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Business Administration and Management from the Open University of Sudan (August 2021 - August 2023), a Master's degree in Public Administration with a focus on International Cooperation from Doha Institute for Graduate Studies (2015 - 2017), and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Qatar University (2000 - 2003).
