Johan Tammes is a Senior Tax Counsel at Qatar Investment Authority with expertise in international tax, cross border structuring, M&A, real estate, private equity, capital markets, and sovereign wealth fund matters. Prior to this, Johan held positions at PwC, Grant Thornton, Aspect Capital, Baker & McKenzie, and Arthur Andersen Business Consulting in various tax-related roles. Johan holds an LLm in Tax Law from the University of Amsterdam and a degree in Economics, Banking & Finance from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
