Mai al-Baroudi

Mai Al-Baroudi currently serves as the Assistant to the Associate Director of Public Relations in the CEO Office at Qatar Investment Authority since February 2022. With a diverse background in corporate governance and investor relations, Mai held positions including Certified Investor Relations Officer and Board Secretary at QG Medical Devices from July 2015 to November 2021, and Executive Management Committee PA and Group Corporate Affairs Coordinator at Qatar General Insurance & Reinsurance Co. from November 2010 to July 2015. Early career experiences include roles as Admin Assistant at Alfardan Group-Qatar and Executive Secretary at Abou Khater & Akhrass For Engineering and Contracting in Syria. Mai is pursuing further qualifications with The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland, having completed a Bachelor's degree in English literature from Aleppo University and a Primary and Secondary School Diploma from a private school in Kuwait.
