Omar Ali

Omar Ali, CIPD, currently serves as the Assistant to the Executive Director of Human Capital at Qatar Investment Authority since October 2023. Prior to this role, Omar worked as a Procurement Specialist at Gulf Bridge International from April 2017 to October 2023, where responsibilities included researching and identifying potential suppliers and maintaining strong supplier relations. Omar also held positions as the Executive Assistant to both the Executive and Managing Directors at Gulf Bridge International, where tasks involved managing correspondence, drafting documents, and conserving executive time. Earlier experience includes serving as the Chairman Executive Secretary at Oxynet Qatar, managing executive schedules and meeting minutes, as well as a Sales Executive at Gucci, acting as the main contact for clients and organizing sales activities. Omar holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from SEGi University & Colleges and completed high school with a focus on Literary Science and Mathematics at Ahmad Bin Hanbal.
