Ashref Punnoli

Ashref Punnoli has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ashref started their career in 1991 as a Software Engineer at DISC- Data Information S/W Co, where they specialized in providing solutions for leasing companies. Ashref then moved on to work at Times Of India as a Software Engineer, supporting all centers across the country. In 1994, Ashref joined Gulftainer Company Ltd. as an Analyst Programmer, where they were responsible for the information systems of the company's multiple locations. In 1997, they joined Sybase Middle East as a Technical Support Manager, providing nationwide technical support for banking sector customers. Ashref held this role until 2007 when they joined Qatar Islamic Bank as the Head of Database Section, responsible for a range of database-related projects and tasks. In 2012, they were promoted to the role of Manager Service Operations & Head of Database at the same company. In 2013, Ashref worked as the ex-VP-Membership at icconetoastmasters. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in a variety of technologies, including Sybase ASE, Sybase IQ, Oracle-10g, and MS-SQL Servers.
