Khalefa al-Mesalam

Khalefa Al-Mesalam is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Head of Human Capital Group at Qatar Islamic Bank since March 2011. Previously, Khalefa held the position of Executive Manager for Workforce Planning & Talent Acquisition at the same organization. Prior experience includes managerial roles in recruitment at Al Khalij Commercial Bank from 2008 to March 2011, and as a Relationship Manager at Commercial Bank from 2007 to 2008. Khalefa began a career in banking at HSBC, where the role of Customer Relations Officer was held from 2001 to 2007.
