Rajab Afzal

Rajab Afzal is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Head of Government Related Entities in the Wholesale Banking Group at Qatar Islamic Bank. Previously, Rajab held the position of Project Finance Manager at Aitken Spence and served as a Senior Investment Analyst in ECM at Asia Capital PLC. Rajab holds a FCMA degree in Finance from CIMA, completed between 2003 and 2006, and is currently a Level 3 candidate at the CFA Institute, pursuing further qualifications.
