Rochdi Jedidi began their work experience in 2012 as an Accountant at Computer Janoub, where they handled budgetary operations and payroll. Rochdi then moved on to work as a call center agent at call center Gafsa from 2013 to 2015, assisting customers with inquiries, complaints, and providing accurate information. From 2015 to 2018, Rochdi worked as a Customer Service Representative at Alwessam car care center, where they focused on handling customer complaints and providing solutions. Currently, they are working at Qatar Islamic Bank (QIB) as a Customer Service Representative.
