Customer Service Representative at Qatar Islamic Bank

Rochdi Jedidi began their work experience in 2012 as an Accountant at Computer Janoub, where they handled budgetary operations and payroll. Rochdi then moved on to work as a call center agent at call center Gafsa from 2013 to 2015, assisting customers with inquiries, complaints, and providing accurate information. From 2015 to 2018, Rochdi worked as a Customer Service Representative at Alwessam car care center, where they focused on handling customer complaints and providing solutions. Currently, they are working at Qatar Islamic Bank (QIB) as a Customer Service Representative.

Rochdi Jedidi attended the Faculty of Sciences Gafsa from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained a diploma in Computer Sciences.
