Youness Gouarti has a diverse work experience that spans over the years. Youness started their career at Qatar Islamic Bank (QIB) in 2009 as a Customer Service representative, where they provided personalized customer service, updated databases, and handled various clerical duties. In 2013, they transitioned to the QIB Call Center, taking on the role of a Training Officer. In this position, they implemented customer service and systems training programs for new hires and developed measurable training objectives.

Youness then moved on to Qatar Islamic Bank (QIB) as a Call Center Supervisor in 2013. Youness also briefly worked as a Training Officer, facilitating training programs and call observation/monitoring.
