Basant Elrazzaz

Basant ElRazzaz is an experienced communications professional with a strong background in copywriting, news editing, and translation. Currently serving as a Senior Copywriter in the Communications Department at Qatar Museums since September 2017, Basant is responsible for proofreading and ensuring the accuracy of Arabic versions of English-language documents. Alongside this role, Basant has been a News Editor and Translator for Nile News Channel and Egyptian Radio and TV Union Ertu since April 2004, where responsibilities include news gathering, editing, and rephrasing. Previous positions include Ministry of Education Coordinator at ACS Doha International School, English Teacher at Al Khalil Private Language School, and Tour Manager at Castle Tours. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Cairo University.
