Dr. Nasser Hussain Alhayki

Dr. Nasser Hussain Alhayki, PhD, serves as the IT Vice President of Technical Support Services at Qatar National Bank Group since July 2008, where responsibilities include leading a team to enhance technical support processes and managing various IT sections, including Domain Administration and Cloud Computing. Prior to this role, Dr. Alhayki gained experience as the Head of IT Operation and Infrastructure at Qatar Steel Company, leading IT infrastructure operations and implementing process improvements. Dr. Alhayki began the career at Qatar Postal Corporation as an Information Technology Officer and was involved in a senior project at Doha Bank that developed comprehensive banking systems for Qatar University. Dr. Alhayki holds a Master's degree from Sheffield Hallam University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Qatar University.
