Qatar National Cement Company QSC (QNCC) is a Qatar-based public shareholding company engaged in the construction materials sector. The Company is primarily engaged in the production and sale of cement, washed sand and lime. The Company manufactures and distributes Ordinary Portland Cement, Sulphate Resistant Portland Cement, Portland Pulverized Fuel Ash Cement and Hydrated and Calcined Lime. The Company's manufacturing plants are located in Ummbab an Al Rakiya in the state of Qatar. In addition, QNCC also provides such facilities as water desalination plant to cater the water needs of the cement plant and the residential colony of employees; employee housing estate; clubs and mess, and primary health centre.
