Raja Aderdor

Raja Aderdor is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program development and community engagement, currently serving as a Senior Program Development Officer for Qatar Reads at Qatar National Library since August 2023. Aderdor has a strong background in storytelling and content strategy as a Freelance Producer since 2017. Previous roles include Community Engagement Coordinator and Senior Administrator at Qatar Foundation, guiding initiatives that significantly increased community participation in reading programs. Aderdor's experience also encompasses journalistic roles with organizations such as AJ+ and UNHCR, coupled with a solid educational background, including a Master of Arts in Women, Society and Development from Hamad Bin Khalifa University and a Bachelor's in Mass Communication from Qatar University.
