Rania al Falo

Rania AL Falo currently serves as Vice Chair of the CIPS Qatar Branch Committee and has been a Procurement Specialist in Operations and Strategic Planning at Qatar National Library since May 2017. Responsibilities include managing purchasing requisitions, ensuring compliance with procurement policies, and overseeing purchasing activities. Additionally, Rania has experience as Acting Head of Procurement, directing relationships for compliance and audit readiness. Previous experience includes leading the Technology and Network Purchasing Unit at Syriatel Mobil Telecom, focusing on managing purchase orders, commercial evaluations, and training teams in procurement systems. Rania holds a master's degree in Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain and Operations Management from The University of Salford and MCIPS certification, along with a master's degree in Technology Management and a bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
