Sara Elradi

Sara Elradi is an accomplished Human Resources Services Expert at Qatar Red Crescent Society since August 2020, with notable achievements including a key role in a salary survey assignment with Doctors Without Borders and involvement in the Salary and Benefits Adjustment and Employee Evaluation Project. Sara has also served as a Senior Vendor Management Specialist at Aspire Zone Foundation since June 2006, where significant contributions include participation in the revision of Procurement Policies and developing Vendor Management procedures. Previous roles at Aspire include Senior Personnel Relations Officer and Acting HR Services Section Head, during which Sara established the HR Services section and managed a substantial workforce expansion.
