Operations and Logistics

The Operations and Logistics team at Qatar Steel is responsible for ensuring the efficient production and delivery of steel products. This includes planning and scheduling maintenance, managing inventory, overseeing continuous casting operations, optimizing utility usage, coordinating dispatches, driving operational excellence, and managing rolling mills and logistics to streamline processes from manufacturing to customer delivery.
