Wissam Noureddine

Wissam Noureddine is an experienced project manager with a robust background in construction management and engineering. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Qatar University since May 2017, Wissam is responsible for overseeing the planning, design, execution, and closeout of major construction projects, ensuring adherence to budget, quality, and timelines. Prior to this role, Wissam held positions as Construction Manager at QPM on a significant infrastructure project, Project Development Manager at a Private Engineering Office focusing on VIP projects, and Construction Project Manager at Nakheel for the Palm Ali handmade island development. Wissam's career began as a Structural Engineer at Parsons International and in the Real Estate Engineering Department, contributing to significant civil engineering projects across the Gulf region. Wissam holds a Master’s degree in Construction Management from Harriot Watt University and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Beirut Arab University.
