Fraser Low

Fraser Low currently serves as the Head of Strategic Total Rewards & Energy Sector Governance at QatarEnergy since August 2018, previously holding roles as Strategic Total Rewards Advisor and A/Head of Compensation. Prior experience includes leading International Benefits & Executive Reward at Aggreko from February 2016 to August 2018, and serving as Total Reward Manager at Talisman Energy from June 2007 to January 2016, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing the annual compensation program, redesigning total reward structures, and managing various benefit schemes. Fraser Low began the career as a Pensions & Benefits Specialist and as an Independent Financial Advisor at Archer Bramley Limited. Fraser Low holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Robert Gordon University, graduated in 2003, and has obtained the PFS certification.
