Nwagbara Chibuike is a qualified safety professional with extensive experience in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management. Currently serving as a Senior HSE Supervisor at QatarEnergy since September 2014, Nwagbara has held multiple roles encompassing HSE supervision and assurance, demonstrating a strong commitment to risk management and compliance. Previous positions include Lead QHSE and Training Advisor at Pacific Drilling Services and Project Management HSE Representative at Shell Petroleum Development Company Nigeria, where responsibilities included developing safety-management policies and ensuring project compliance with HSE regulations. Nwagbara holds a Master of Science in Safety Risk and Reliability Engineering from Heriot-Watt University and a Bachelor of Science in Geological and Earth Sciences from Nnamdi Azikiwe University.
