Shabbir Ahmad

Shabbir Ahmad is an experienced technician in instrumentation and control, currently serving as a General Technician at QatarEnergy since November 2019. Previously, Shabbir worked at ADNOC Group from March 2013 to July 2018, where responsibilities included planning and supervising maintenance activities as an I & C Maintenance Supervisor, as well as performing maintenance tasks as an I & C Technician. Earlier career experience includes the role of E & I Technician at Descon Engineering Limited, where involvement in the ADNOC Air Separation project included installation of field instruments, and serving as an Instrument Technician at Balochistan Glass Limited. Shabbir holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Preston University and a DAE in Electronics from Faran Institute of Technology.
