Victor Maznyuk

Victor Maznyuk began their work experience in 2002 as the CEO of WEB100 Technologies, a company specializing in web technologies. Victor held this position until 2020. In 2002, they also became the President of the Ukrainian Hi-Tech Initiative, an alliance of offshore software development and IT outsourcing providers. In 2005, they founded QATestLab, a company offering software quality assurance services. Finally, in 2008, they founded the Central and Eastern European Outsourcing Association (CEEOA), aiming to promote outsourcing in the region.

Victor Maznyuk began their education journey in 1985 at the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'. Victor studied at this institution until 1993, although the specific degree and field of study are not provided. In 2014, Victor enrolled at Kyiv-Mohyla Business School [kmbs], where they are currently pursuing further education.
