Currently serving as Learning & Development Manager at QAware GmbH since August 2018, with a focus on event management and tooling, Charlotte has held various positions including Office Manager and Junior Office Manager. Charlotte's career began as a Brand Ambassador at Fervent Events and further included project management and sales for Cuban and Mexican markets at Sprachcaffe/GEOS Languages Plus, as well as an internship at Kensington Tours. Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Tourism Management from Stenden University and has furthered education at UCB University College Birmingham.
