Rahel Gölz

Rahel Gölz has a diverse work experience starting from 1998. Rahel worked at EADS Deutschland GmbH in various roles, including Specialist Pay & Time, Assistant Apprenticeship & Training Center, Projektmanager, and Manger Service Unit. From 2009 to 2015, they were the Head of Operations - Group HR Personnel Services at Airbus Group. Rahel then moved to Premium AEROTEC, where they worked as the Head of HR Services & Process and later as the Personalleiterin until 2021. Since 2022, Rahel has been self-employed, offering coaching, training, and workshops focused on mindfulness (Achtsamkeit) and emotional intelligence. Additionally, they are currently the Director of Human Resources and a member of the Geschäftsleitung at QAware GmbH.

Rahel Gölz earned a degree in Betriebswirtin (VWA) from Verwaltungs- u. Wirtschaftsakademie (VWA), Ulm in 2003. Rahel then pursued further education and obtained a degree as a Life & Business Coach from Five Steps® Coaching Akademie between 2019 and 2021. Currently, Rahel is enrolled in the Mindful Leadership Institut Salzburg, where they are working towards becoming a certified Trainer for Mindfulness in Organizations. The expected completion date for this certification is in 2023.
