Julie Bondroit has extensive experience in recruitment and talent management, currently serving as Recruitment & Resource Manager at QbD Group since March 2017. In this role, Julie has contributed to global expertise in quality management and regulatory affairs within the life sciences sector. Prior to QbD Group, Julie worked at Axis Jobs as a Recruitment Consultant and Junior Consultant, specializing in staffing solutions for finance and legal sectors. Julie began a career in clinical psychology at Sint-Kamillus and holds a Master of Clinical Psychology from KU Leuven, along with a post-graduate degree in Forensic Psychology from Thomas More University of Applied Sciences.
