Jay Halbreiner

Jay Halbreiner, ACAS, has extensive experience in the actuarial field, currently serving as Assistant Vice President - Actuarial at QBE North America since July 2016, after progressing through roles including Associate - Actuarial and Senior Actuarial Analyst II. Prior to joining QBE, Jay worked as a Reserving Actuary at Everest Insurance from December 2014 to July 2016, and held the position of Actuarial Analyst at The Philadelphia Contributionship from August 2009 to December 2014. Jay began an actuarial career as an Actuarial Intern at Harleysville Insurance between June 2006 and August 2008. Educationally, Jay holds a degree in Actuarial Science from Penn State University, earned in 2009.
