Lauren Finnis

Lauren Finnis currently serves as the North American Distribution Leader at QBE North America, beginning in January 2025. Prior experience includes leading the North American Commercial Lines practice at WTW, where strategic and technical consulting supports insurers. Lauren also held the position of Director of Wholesale Distribution at SynchronoSure®, executing a broker engagement strategy, and spent nearly nine years at Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance in various roles related to customer and broker engagement across multiple regions. Earlier career experience includes roles at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd., where responsibilities spanned broker account management and property underwriting. Lauren holds a Master's degree in Accountancy from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
