Rishu Kumar has a diverse range of work experience in the field of engineering. They started their career at Bharat Electronics as a Summer Trainee, where they worked on encoding radio signals to provide accurate directional information for aircraft. They then moved on to Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology as an Undergraduate Student Researcher, where they focused on optimization techniques and developed controllers for non-linear and multivariable systems.
Currently, Rishu is employed at Qbit Labs Private Limited as an R&D Engineer. In this role, they have been responsible for enhancing the performance of capturing Bluetooth and Zigbee packets through Antenna Diversity Combiner. They have also worked on implementing algorithms and designing system registers for SmartNIC. More recently, they have been involved in enhancing the LE Receiver to support Channel Sounding feature for Bluetooth devices, as well as bug fixing on various wireless protocols.
Rishu Kumar completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Instrumentation and Control Engineering from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2016 to 2020. Prior to this, Rishu attended DAV Public School in Vasant Kunj, but no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this institution.
Additionally, Rishu obtained a certification in "Programming for Everybody (Getting Started with Python)" from Coursera in October 2020.
