Alicia Ead

Alicia Ead is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in behavioral education and mental health support. Currently serving as a Behavioral Education Development Specialist at Bradley Hospital since May 2021, Alicia also holds positions as an Instructor for Mental Health First Aid Trainings, a Certified QBS Safety Care Instructor, and a Certified CPR Instructor, all since 2021. Additionally, Alicia co-founded the Public Safety Special Needs Coalition, which works to improve interactions between mental health professionals and first responders, achieving non-profit status in 2019. Alicia's clinical expertise is further demonstrated through work as a Clinical Therapist at Rhode Island Hospital/Hasbro Children's Hospital since September 2020 and prior experience as a Senior Family Support Specialist at The Autism Project from 2016 to 2021. Academically, Alicia holds a Master of Social Work from Rhode Island College and degrees in Human Development and Family Studies and Education/Special Education from the University of Rhode Island and Community College of Rhode Island, respectively.
