Mike Guido

Mike Guido is the President and CEO of QBS, a role assumed in January 2021 after a selection process by the company's retired founder, where responsibilities include advancing the mission of delivering high-quality, evidence-based training for organizations addressing behavior challenges. In addition to the leadership at QBS, Mike is a member of YPO and serves as the Founder and Principal of Pilot Point. Previous experience includes roles in investment banking at Baird, as an investment analyst at Passport Capital, and operational sales positions at Logicalis. Mike holds an M.B.A. from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business with concentrations in Entrepreneurship, Finance, and Economics, and a B.S. in Mathematics from Miami University.
