Jeremy Arens

Jeremy Arens is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in compliance, privacy, and corporate counsel roles. Currently serving as Assistant General Counsel at QC Holdings Inc since October 2022, Arens previously held positions such as Corporate Counsel at EML and Director of Compliance and Security at DataFile Technologies. Prior experience includes serving as an Attorney at Forbes Law Group, LLC, and as Compliance Officer/General Counsel at Samson Dental Partners, LLC. Arens also has a background in privacy and data governance as Director at UMB Bank, along with regulatory compliance experience at DST Customer Communications. Arens holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Secondary Education from William Jewell College.
