Michael Litherland

Michael Litherland currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer for the Telecom Business at QCT, where responsibilities include overseeing 5G end-to-end hardware solutions and collaborating with open source communities. In addition to this role, Michael is a Principal at IPX Advisors, providing executive advisory services and go-to-market strategies for clients globally. As Head of Strategic Programs at the Global Information Infrastructure Commission, Michael facilitates global dialogue on information infrastructure. Previous positions include leadership roles at Compass Networks, IP Partners Ltd, Huawei, Cellpath Communications, Ericsson Enterprise, and MCI - British Telecom, where a strong focus on strategy, business development, and technology assessment was evident throughout the career. Academic experience includes service in the Air Force.
