Omid Alaei (MSc. , MAPP)

Omid Alaei (MSc., MAPP) has worked in the professional world for seven years. In 2018, they began working as the Director for QEA Tech. In 2019, they became an Executive Coach for Silicon Valley Change Executive Coaching, where they provided one-stop-shopping for all leadership development experiences including executive coaching, strength-based 360s, and leadership training. Prior to this, they were the Founder of Happy Change from 2013.

Omid Alaei has a Master's degree in Applied Psychology from Buckinghamshire New University, which they obtained from 2019 to 2021. Omid also completed a program in Appreciative Inquiry from Champlain College from 2017 to 2018. Before that, they completed Continued Education in Psychology from Ryerson University from 2014 to 2016. Additionally, they are a Certified Facilitator from LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® METHOD - jugando en serio con LEGO® which they obtained in 2019.
