Raymond Miller

Raymond Miller is an accomplished Test Coordinator at QED Systems, LLC, with extensive experience in developmental and operational testing for the PEO Soldier portfolio, coordinating resources, and ensuring soldier involvement in statistical data collection. Previously, Raymond served as a Test and Evaluation Coordinator at NCI, Inc., where collaboration with Microsoft on significant projects occurred, and automated tools to enhance munitions tracking were developed. An extensive military background with the US Army includes roles such as Division Master Gunner and Brigade Small Arms Master Gunner, during which comprehensive training programs and doctrine development were established. Raymond holds a Master of Science in Applied Statistics from the University of Delaware and degrees in Management and Business from Post University.
