Scott Balda

Scott Balda serves as a Senior Program Manager at QED Systems, LLC, where responsibilities include managing the Prime contract with RS3 for C5ISR-related requirements since June 2015. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Systems Engineer at QED Systems and supporting the Command Post Computing Environment project for PM DCGS-A. At Technatomy Corporation, Scott provided technical leadership for projects supporting the Defense Logistics Agency. Previous roles in the US Army include Product Manager for Prophet and Department of the Army Systems Coordinator. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Modeling & Simulation in Defense from the Royal Military College of Science and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from James Madison University.
